A sustainable source of water … for just a few dollars!

Thousands of children and families in rural Nigeria depend upon a single, contaminated river for their daily water needs. And this fact negatively impacts almost every aspect of their lives:

• Their health. Without clean water to drink and wash with, they regularly fall ill with infectious diseases such as cholera, dysentery, typhoid fever and more.
• Their education. When children get sick repeatedly from using contaminated water, it keeps them out of the classroom and their education suffers.
• Their futures. When poor health and inadequate education keeps people from achieving their full potential, entire communities remain in poverty.

By helping us raise $15,700 in the next 24 hours, you will help us drill a well and install the necessary infrastructure to bring clean water to the community of Nkerefi. This project will benefit 200 impoverished families, most of them farmers, and thousands more people in the surrounding areas.
